Our specifications meets the requirement for architectural aluminum extrusions such as:

Color variations for our colored products are controlled within a permissible range which consists of maximum and minimum limits of each shade, appearance check at 1 meter distance under normal light conditions.

Anodic film thickness is of high standard and to be kept within minimum limitation for 25 micron, 22 micron, and 20 micron.

1) CASEMENT WINDOWS, of basic design of 50mm depth heads and mullions are available according to structural requirements up to an overall depth of lOOmm combinable in frame system with other openings. The system has a center seal and an inner rebate seal and can be provided with fixed insect screen .
 2) CASEMENT DOORS, of basic design of 50mm depth frame and sash is flush inside and outside suitable for rebate doors, swing doors, portal system as well as for interior doors and partitions. Heads and mullions are available according to structural requi rements up to an overall depth of IOOmm combinable in frame system with other open­ings, the system has two rebates.
 SLIDING DOORS & WINDOWS, of basic design of  115mm. Head sections for top and bottom lights are available. Sliding doors and windows single or multiple sash can be combined with hinged top light sash or fixed also an insect screen can be provided.
1) CASEMENT WINDOWS design of 160mm basic depth . Heads and mullions are available according t o structural requirements up to an overall of 160mm . The system has a center seal and an inner rebate seal. Combinable in frame system wit h other openings types as well as fixed lights.
2) CASEMENT DOORS designs of 160mm basic depth . Frames and sashes are flush inside and outside. Suitable for rebate doors, portal system as well as for t he interior doors and part i t ions . Heads and mullions are available according to structural requirements u p t o an overall dept h of 160mm. Combinable in frame system with other open­ings types and fixed lights. The design has two rebates.
SLIDING DOORS & WINDOWS of basic design with 110mm depth. Head sections for top and bottom lights are available. Sliding doors& windows, single or multiple sash, can be combined with other openings. An insect screen can be provided.
SLIDING LIFT-UP, SLIDING and LIFT UP SLIDING I BOTTOM hinged windows or lift up sliding window design of 160mm frame depth. Head sections for top lights and fixed lights are available. The design can be combined with hinged top light sash and fixed lights.
CURTAIN WALL of two sided facade design of 40mm basic depth with horizontal and vertical members are available according to structure requirements up to an overall depth of 240mm and with expos­ed width of 55mm to 70mm.

Fire and smoke safety doors aluminum wooden windows and com­posite casement windows are available in our program.

Air infiltration value according to DIN- 18055 with test pressure dif­ f erence of 0.6 k n / m2-7 .0 m3/ hm for sliding u nits and 0.6KN/m3-2.8m3/ hm for other units.
Coefficient of air infiltration according to DIN – 18055 a- valaue ( 0.80 m3/hm for sliding units and a value ( 0.10 m3/ hm for other units.
Proof against driving rain according to DIN-18055 stress group “B” for sliding unit and stress group “C” for other units. Sound insula­tion RW according to DIN-4109 when using special panes up to 44dB. Composite material, polyamide 6.6 for sliding units and phenolic resin laminate for other units.
Thermal insulation group 2.1 according to DIN-4180 with inter space of 12mm, SRF kf = 2.9 w/ m2k for double glazing.
The gasket are made of EPDM. All hardware material are executed as non-corrosive material or aluminum so that all unit will need either maintenance nor services.

Architectural aluminum products are actually “finished” building products and like lighting fixtures or bathroom fixture.s., should be treated accordingly. All trades should exercise care during the handling and installation of all aluminum building products.
Aluminium may be protected in numerous ways. For details, refer to “Dissimilar Materials” under “Erection ” herein and to “Care of Aluminium” .

SGAPCO shows the best method of installing and anchoring its products to the surrounding construction , therefore, we provide shop­drawings for installation details.

It is essential to cover and allow for proper workmanship and installation. Minimum requirements are that the work shall be erected plumbs, level , straight , and true, accurately fitted with tight joints and intersections and adequately reinforced and anchored in place .
Architectural aluminium alloys have a coefficient of thermal expansion due to change in temperature, therefore, the products must be anchored so that they will not be distorted nor the fasteners overstress­ed, from the expansion and contraction of the metal.

Recognition and application of the following fundamentals for anchorage will help assure proper installation.
a)To avoid weakening of aluminium framing members, through galvanic-corrosion attack and staining of exposed aluminum surfaces, anchoring devices must be made of aluminium, non-magnetic stainless steel or other corrosion -resistant materials compatible with aluminium steel anchors may be used provided they are adequately protected as outlined in (b) under “dissimilar materials” below:
b)Anchorage must rigidly support the product in place against ap­plied forces such as wind loading (both positive and negative) yet permit thermal movement as may be required (Se ”ThermalMove­ment” above).
c)Products must be securely anchored and supported at the sill to withstand for traffic (including forces exerted by cleaning personnel).
d)Special attention should be given to the design and installation of anchors at jambs products required to support forces exerted by cleaning personnel.

a) Where aluminium surfaces come in contact with metals other than stainless steel, zinc or small areas of white bronze, keep aluminium surfaces from direct contact with incompatible metals by:
1) Painting the dissimilar metals with a prime coat of zinc, chromatic primer, or other suitable primer followed by one or two coats of aluminum metal and masonry paint , or other suitable protective coating.
2) Painting the dissimilar metal with a coating of heavy-bodied bituminous paint .
3) Applying a good quality silicone material bet ween the aluminium and the dissimilar metal.
4) Use of gasket.
b) STEEL ANCHORS and other types of unexposed clips may be galvanized or zinc plated if coated after fabrication.
c) DISSIMILAR METALS should be painted if used in location where drainage from the passes over aluminium .
d) Paint Aluminium SURFACES in contact with lime mortar ,concrete or other masonry materials wit h alkali-resistant coatings.
e) WOOD or OTHER ABSORPTIVE MATER IALS which may become repeatedly wet and which are in contact wit h aluminum should be painted with two coats of aluminum house paint and the joints sealed with a good quality silicone compound.
f) Where aluminium is in contact with treated wood , wood should be treated with pentachloropenol.
